Following basic policies are applied to all persons involved in the business of Suntech opt Corporation.

 

  1.We conduct education about the protection of the customers' and personal information. We

     manage customers' and personal information properly.

 

  2.If we keep customer information including personal and confidential information, we report the

     purpose and receivers and obtain consent in advance.

 

  3.The customers' and personal information is used only for the agreed purpose. We do not use for

     other purpose or provide to third parties without agreement.

 

  4.In order to prevent leakage, loss, destruction, falsification of customers' and personal

     information, we conduct appropriate safety measures.

 

  5.We set "consultation service", so that when there are complaints or questions about customer

     and personal information, it is quickly transmitted to information management officer.
