We define follows as quality policy matched with company and management policy. Establishing the quality management system is to meet the customer requirements, supply high-quality products stably, and obtain customer's trust. Basic for our quality management system is "stable quality and customer's trust". Practicing these effectively is the essential condition for our steady development. In accordance with this quality policy, we always grasp the quality requirements of customers and perform the best management in every process. Thus, we establish and operate a quality management system. We practice following quality objectives.

Quality Policy

1.Customer satisfaction

    Every company is dependent on the customers. Therefore, we strive to understand the

    current and future customer needs, to satisfy customer requirements, and to exceeded

    customer expectations.

 

2.Participation of employees

    Every level of people is a fundamental element of corporate activities. All employees enhance

    their knowledge and skills, and take advantage of the ability for the benefit of the

    organization, and produce results of activities.

 

3.Continuous improvement

    We continuously improve every work and achievement, and set the continuous improvement

    as the eternal goal.

 

    We conduct following in order to ensure the accomplishment of quality policy and quality

    goals.

 

   (1) We notify quality policy and quality objectives to all employees and make them

         understand.

   (2) Quality policy is consistent with the quality objectives.
         Its achievement can be clearly measured by the level of achievement to our quality policy.

         We also implement it.

   (3) Quality policy and quality objectives are reconsidered for the duration of the

        appropriateness at the time of the management review. This is in consideration of

        advances in science and technology, social trends, occurrence of quality problem, the

        sustainability problems of quality system and customer requirements
