 We promote CSR as business integrated. We continuously make efforts to keep up with

 social changes and participate actively in social activities as a nice corporate

 citizen. We promote following as the basis of activities.

1. labor management

 Autonomy of employment

   We hire employees by their free will. We do not limit their free of leaving jobs.

      We do not force labor, debt labor, slave labor, prison labor to the employees.

 

 Child labor

   We do not employ children that do not meet the minimum employment age. We

      do not

      allow night work or dangerous work that spoil the development of young

      workers.

 

 Working hours

   We properly manage working hours and do not limit vacations and holidays

      unfairly.

 

 Minimum wage

     We do not pay unfair wages or reduce wages to less than the legal minimum wage.

 

 Inhumane treatment

   We respect the human rights of employees, and do not give cruel or inhumane treatment,

      such as abuse or corporal punishment. 

      We respect the human rights of employees, and do not give inhumane treatment such as

      various sexual harassments.

 

 Discrimination

      We treat employees fairly, respecting equal opportunities.
      We do not discriminate (by age, gender, disability, etc.) in job offer and employment.

2.Safety and Health

 Workplace safety

      We must evaluate the accident and health problems on the business (risk to safety) in the

      workplace. According to the risk assessment results, we manage properly to ensure the

      safety of the workplace.

 
 Emergency disaster measures

  On the assumption that disasters and accidents may occur, we prepare proactive mergency

     measures. We prepare business recovery, such as a contingency plan.

     Emergency procedures are thoroughly disseminated in the workplace.

 
 Occupational accidents and diseases

   If there is a work-related accidents and occupational diseases, it will be reported to

      manager. The manager will respond appropriately.

 
 Industrial hygiene

      We comprehend the situations where people get contact with physical elements, such as

      chemicals and organisms that are harmful to human body and noise and odors.

 
 Physical load work

      If there is a physical load work, we identify it and manage appropriately so that it does not

      lead to disaster or disease.

 
 Safety measures for machinery and equipment

      We set appropriate safety measures to the equipment used in the workplace. We carry out

      daily inspections and periodic inspections of the equipment, and continue to maintain.

 

3.Environmental protection (environmental management system)

 Environment permit authentication and reports

      According to the laws, we receive environmental approval from the administration, if it is

      required.In accordance with laws and regulations of the country, we submit management

      reports to the necessary administration.
      We manage appropriately so that the appointment of the manager will be properly carried

      out.

 
 Pollution prevention and resource conservation

        We reduce the resources and energy. We reduce waste.

 
 Hazardous substances

        We specify hazardous substances among chemicals used in manufacturing process.
        We properly manage handling, storage and disposal of such hazardous substances.

 
 Drainage and waste

        We appropriately manage drainage and waste generated in the manufacturing.
        We dispose properly at the time of discharge and final waste.

 
 Air pollution

        Identify the chemicals and emissions that occur in the business, and manage and monitor

        them appropriately.

    We properly manage regulated substances that are specified by the laws and customer

        requirements.

        employees to follow the norms of the company and to make efforts to improve

         management of customer information.

 

   Protection of customers’ and personal information

         We create and conduct a mechanism that protect information about the suppliers and

         employees.

         We promote activities that can contribute to the development of local communities and the
